Preventative testing is an important part of your health.

It is important to get regular screenings according to guidelines.

Please see the guidelines below and schedule an appointment with us today. 

Please note these guidelines may not apply in all cases. 

Women's Screening

Recommendations​

  • Breast Cancer Screening

    • Women aged 40-74 ​

    • Every 2 years 

    • High-risk may need annual mammogram/MRI

​

  • Cervical HPV Screening 

    • Women aged 25-69​

    • If HPV-negative, repeat every 5 years

​

  • Colon Cancer Screening 

    • If average risk: start at age 45​

    • FIT Stool Test every 2 years 

    • Colonoscopy if FIT is abnormal or high-risk patients 

​

  • Osteoporosis Screening 

    • Women aged 65+​

    • Repeat depending on results and risk-factors 

Men's Screening

Recommendations​

  • Prostate Cancer Screening 

    • Men aged 50+

    • Repeat depending on results and risk-factors

  • Colon Cancer Screening

    • If average risk: start at age 45

  • Annual Physical Check Up 

    • Check for growth and update immunizations​

  • Patients not rostered with Dr. Armani (not registered with her as your family doctor) can only book in-person appointments for any type of visit (virtual appointments are not available for non-rostered patients)

  • Prescriptions will NOT be emailed  - only faxed directly to your preferred pharmacy on file or picked up in person.​​

Elisha Hodge, MEPN has joined our practice for medical aesthetics.

She is a Medical Aesthetic Practitioner Nurse with 20+ years of nursing experience.
